2. Fee Structure
Our fee is 10% of the total credit approved at 0% intro APR, payable only after approvals are confirmed. Specifically:
- The fee applies only to credit approved with a 0% intro APR period
- Cards approved without 0% intro APR are excluded from the fee calculation
- Invoices are issued per card as approvals arrive
- Payment is due upon receipt of each invoice
- You may pay invoices using any of your newly approved 0% APR cards
- No upfront payment is required
3. No Guarantee of Approval
Banks make all final credit decisions. We cannot and do not guarantee specific approval amounts, approval of any particular card, or any specific outcome. Our projected ranges are estimates based on similar credit profiles, not promises. You acknowledge and accept this risk before engaging our services.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Complete all credit applications yourself, in your own name
- Comply with all bank application requirements
- Pay invoices promptly upon receipt
- Manage approved credit responsibly and make all required payments to issuing banks
- Not misrepresent BCC or use our materials for unauthorized purposes
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including strategy documents, templates, and methodology, is the exclusive property of Acnar Consulting LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials provided to you for your personal credit application purposes only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share BCC materials with third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCC and Acnar Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
